Born just outside of Houston Texas, Jordan Weller grew up on the sounds of Folk, Blues, Country, and Gospel.  It’s clear in the sound of the songs on Weller's first two solo cd's that he is deeply rooted in these genres.  Now with the Feathers backing him up, the latest songs are being infused with the energy and rhythms of Rock & Roll, Southern Funk and Soul, and Roots Reggae.  With a voice that sounds like it has done a lot more living than his years allow, and a band that has done some of that living, Jordan Weller and the Feathers will meet you at the crossroads and deliver you to that place only music can.
